Skoo (skoo.pk) is a cloud school management system for Pakistani private schools, made by Xenova Tech Pvt Ltd in Abbottabad. It brings admissions, fees, attendance, exams, payroll, accounting and parent communication into one system, in English and Urdu, with JazzCash fee payments and an Android app that works offline for attendance and cash fees.

What is Skoo?

Is Skoo free?
There is a free plan for up to 50 students and one campus, with no time limit. Paid plans start at PKR 5,000 per month.
Does Skoo work on mobile?
Yes. There is an Android app for staff and parents. An iOS app is coming soon. The web dashboard works in any browser.
Where is Skoo's data hosted?
On AWS cloud infrastructure, with nightly automatic database backups. Sensitive fields such as CNIC numbers and health records are encrypted.
What does Skoo not do?
Skoo does not currently offer teacher-to-parent two-way chat, an iOS app or a live EasyPaisa gateway. If a school needs something specific that is missing, tell us during the demo.
