Is the Free plan really free forever?
Yes. No credit card, no time limit. You stay on Free until you choose to upgrade. The only limits are 50 students and 1 campus.
How does yearly billing work?
Pay once per year and save 2 months. Basic: PKR 50,000/yr (vs PKR 60,000/yr monthly). Pro: PKR 150,000/yr (vs PKR 180,000/yr monthly). Billed via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer.
Can I upgrade or downgrade later?
Yes, at any time. Upgrading takes effect immediately. Downgrading takes effect at your next billing cycle.
What happens to data if I downgrade?
Your data is always safe. If you exceed the lower plan's student limit, existing records stay intact. You just cannot add more students until you're within the limit.
Is there a setup fee?
No. We do a free onboarding call and data import for all paid plans.
How is billing handled?
Monthly or yearly billing via JazzCash, EasyPaisa, or bank transfer, all in PKR. No USD, no surprises.
What does 'core' include?
Admissions, student records, attendance, fee collection, exams, report cards, and the parent portal. Available on all plans including Free.
