A school dashboard that shows what needs you today
The Skoo dashboard shows the principal what to do today, then how the school is doing. It knows holidays, so a Sunday does not show zero attendance. Teachers, accountants, parents and students each get their own dashboard.
Principal
- Today: attendance for the day, staff present, and what kind of day it is.
- Needs your attention: classes whose attendance is not marked, leave requests, marks still missing, results waiting to be published, open complaints, recheck requests, admissions waiting. Each line has a button that opens the right page.
- Attendance over the last school days, leaving out holidays.
- Fees: this month's collection and what is due.
- Exams and syllabus: progress and the next step.
Teacher
The teacher sees my day with today's periods, a to do list, a compact week, and my classes with the last exam average for each section. The Android app shows the same numbers on Home.
Accountant and other staff
The accountant sees today's collection and defaulters with a link to the counter. Library, health, transport, store, hostel and reception staff each get a dashboard for their own work.
Parent and student
Parents see one card for each child, showing only their own children. Students see their own card.

Good to know: what it does not do
- A teacher sees only their own classes and sections, not the whole school.
- Dashboards show data already entered. They do not guess.
Questions, answered.
Does the dashboard show zero attendance on Sunday?
No. It knows holidays and weekly off days you set, so it says it is not a school day.
Can the principal see which classes did not mark attendance?
Yes. It is listed under needs your attention, with a button to open the class.
Can a teacher see the whole school?
No. A teacher sees their own classes.
See it with your own school's data.
