Admission Management

School admission management software

Skoo keeps every admission application in one list with its status, documents and interview. When a child is accepted, one button turns the application into a student record, so nobody types the details again.

One list, clear status

Each application moves through Applied, Under review, Interview, Waitlisted, and then Enrolled or Rejected. You can see at a glance how many are at each step.

Documents and interviews

  • Add the documents an applicant brings, such as B-form, previous result card and photographs, and keep a status for each one. Record the admission test score if you hold a test.
  • Book an interview for an applicant and record the outcome.

Enrol in one click

When you enrol an applicant, Skoo makes the student with the details already entered and links the student to the application. You can then set the fee and generate the first challan.

After admission

The new student appears in attendance, fees and exams straight away. The admission fee is set in your fee structure and is charged once.

Good to know: what it does not do

  • Applications are entered by your staff. There is no public online application form for parents yet.
  • Skoo does not decide who is admitted. It tracks the steps you follow.

Questions, answered.

Can I keep a waiting list?

Yes. Mark an application as waitlisted and move it to enrolled or rejected later.

Do I retype the student's details after admission?

No. Enrolling creates the student from the application.

Can I track which documents are missing?

Yes. Each document has its own status.

See it with your own school's data.
