Import your students from Excel, PDF or a photo
Upload the student list you already have, in any shape. Skoo reads it, tidies class names and phone numbers, shows you the result, and saves only after you confirm. You can undo the import for seven days.
What you can upload
- A clean Excel or CSV sheet. This needs no AI and loads at once.
- A messy sheet with class headings in the middle of the list. Skoo reads the layout once and applies it to every row.
- A PDF with text, and a scanned PDF.
- Photos of a register or admission forms.
What it cleans
Class names such as 5th, Class-5 and V become Class 5, and are matched to your own class names. Phone numbers are put in the 03xx format. Excel date cells for date of birth are read correctly.

Skoo shows a preview you can edit. It can show only the rows that need a look.

If the list has previous dues or advance payments, you confirm the totals before they are saved.

Press import. Students, parent logins and the opening fee balances are created.
Undo
For seven days you can undo the whole import. It removes the students, parent logins left with no child and empty classes it made. Undo is refused once a fee payment has been taken against the imported students, so your accounts stay correct.
Families
Children are grouped by father, not by shared phone number. An imported phone number that already has a parent login is reused only when the father matches.
Good to know: what it does not do
- AI reading can misread a blurred photo. Always look at the preview.
- Import adds students. It does not update existing ones from a new sheet.

Do I need a perfect Excel file?
No. A clean sheet loads directly and a messy one is read for its layout first.
Can I import fee dues at the same time?
Yes. Previous dues and advances are imported after you confirm their totals.
What if I make a mistake?
Undo the import within seven days, as long as no fee payment has been taken.
