Skoo Buddy, the assistant inside your school system
Skoo Buddy answers staff questions from the school's own live data, and explains how to use Skoo. It only shows what the person asking is allowed to see, and it cannot change any record.
What you can ask
- How much fee is outstanding in Class 5, and who owes the most.
- How many students were absent today in my section.
- How do I make a challan for two months.
- Where do I set the pass marks.
Only what your role may see
A teacher gets answers about their own sections. A parent's questions are limited to their own children. A student sees only themselves. The check is made for every question, with the same permissions as the screens.
Read only
Skoo Buddy reads data and guides you. It does not edit, delete or send anything. To change something, it tells you where to go.
When something is wrong with Skoo
If you hit a problem on Skoo's side, Skoo Buddy can file a report with the details to the Skoo team, so you do not have to explain it again.
Help for a new school
While a school is setting up, Skoo Buddy can suggest a fee for each class from what you tell it. It shows the suggestion and saves nothing until you confirm.
Good to know: what it does not do
- It cannot change data, send messages or take payments.
- It can make mistakes with numbers. Check an important figure on the report itself.
- Parents and students cannot use it in the app yet.

Can it see data a teacher should not see?
No. Every question is checked against the person's role and scope before any data is read.
Does it work in Urdu?
You can ask in English or Urdu.
Does it change anything on its own?
No. It is read only for now.
